Inner Outer Beauty I am so happy that I listen to my spirit and don’t allow fears and other obstacles that appeared on my journey in life to stop me from living and loving my life to the fullest . So much is shared when learning about one another and being able to see all the areas we have in common. As well as, how we openly continue to grow in an areas that is not only beneficial to self; however self; however society.
For several months some have heard me say, ‘If this life of mine came to an end today or tomorrow, I feel complete’, this unshakeable inner peace that remains true to the core of my being. And although there is more life experience for me to go through, I accept them for I know they are not just for me, but to assist others with their life experiences. When one begins their ‘spiritual’ journey (for me at age 25 is when I begin to really see who I am, become, accept spiritual gifts, talents and purpose of life), do not regret anything you have gone through for I am a true believer that ‘everything happens for a reason’. For an example: we were born to chosen parents, names have meaning when given at birth, life experiences at work, among friends, mates, etc. all is for a reason. When one don’t understand why something is or has taken place, I tell them “you may not know why now; however it will surface”. When understanding the ‘SPIRITUAL’ realm of life itself, you understand and see that EVERYTHING in the stage of your life (which has already been planned out from birth to death) is for a Reason.
As you grow ‘spiritually’ you will understand someone, like myself, can value YOU for “just being yourself”. I feel people SHOULD like people for just being themselves. However I can understand it may be a little shocking to you for the things people do, because we are surrounded with so many who are not themselves and unfortunately, they do not know that they are not being themselves or how to be. Before and during a relationship personal goals are made. We will see those goals through if you believe and take proper actions. For when eyes are open (not asleep-like what I call-the living dead/ alive, however ‘spiritually’ dead) seeing/hearing clearly as you live and breathe each moment, you appreciate and know ALL things has a purpose in YOUR life. If it didn’t YOU would not experience it. Remember, everything happens for a reason. Once more and more people see (looking through the eyes of their soul vs. mind) that everyone is connected ‘spiritually’, no matter what one’s background, education, gender, affiliation and religion preferences are, living and respecting one another’s life will become common. When people see that there are more similarities than differences in one another, I believe it will solve a lot of the ‘suffering’ people put themselves through or societies impinge on individuals, couples and families. All we have to do is ‘love’ one another by respecting, encouraging, supporting (don’t always have to be monetary) and communicate from our hearts.
I have answered many of your most recent question of ‘how I got to where I am today, personal wisdom, growth at such a young age and I enjoyed sharing my story and why I prefer to be called by my middle name Zoe. As I continue living my life, and fulfilling my purpose of which I was committed to do at birth, it is revealed over and over that there is no need to fear (False-Evidence-Appearing-Real). No reason to fear Love (Love is Love, there is no differences in Love, it’s the ACTIONS we use to express our Love to one another that varies); No reason to fear Change; No reason to fear listening to that inner voice (1st voice); and No reason to fear communicating from the Heart. Remember to Live and Love of life to the fullest! Zoe
Love and Happiness "There is no past we can bring back by longing for it. There is only an eternal now that builds and creates out of the past something newand better" (Johann Wolfgang von Goethe). We can't live in anything but the present moment, but the present moment ought to be used building things that will have some value in the future. Specifically what is to be built will differ from person to person, depending upon the interests, abilities, and opportunities of each individual, but in one way or another, all of us need to be engaged in the work of building. It's hard work, of course -- much harder than tearing down. But building is what we ought to be busy doing.
Actually, building is an activity that we instinctively derive satisfaction from. The world in which we live is such that a certain amount of building has to be done by us, even for our bare survival, and our natures are such that this necessary work is something that we find joy in doing, if we think about the matter rightly. Whether or not we acknowledge the fact or do anything worthwhile about it, most of us have a deeply ingrained tendency or need to be building something. And no small part of our happiness depends on whether we have a healthy means of satisfying our building impulse.
To be builders, however, we have to rise above cynicism. Defying those who say that nothing we do will make any difference, we have to believe that at least some of the building we're capable of doing in this world is worth the effort. Despite short-term discouragements, we have to trust that, in the long run, it does good to do good. And not only that, but we must be willing to build for the benefit of others.
"The fate of the architect is the strangest of all," wrote Goethe. "How often he expends his whole soul, his whole heart and passion, to produce buildings into which he himself may never enter."
But finally, think about this: of all the things any of us can build, none is more beautiful, or important, than love. Even if in the past we've torn down more than we've built up, today can be well spent if we build a bigger love in our hearts than has ever been there before.
"And ruin'd love, when it is built anew, Grows fairer than at first, more strong, far greater" (William Shakespeare).

Health Notes provide information to assist those experiencing medical/health challenges.
The body was made to heal itself and us ‘humans’ are given everything we need on earth to assist in the process. These are a few of the best foods that help the body and are more powerful when eaten raw.
A sliced Carrot looks like the human eye. The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human eye... and YES, science now shows carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the eyes.
A Tomato has four chambers and is red. The heart has four chambers and is red. All of the research show s tomatoes are loaded with lycopine and are indeed pure heart and blood food.
Grapes hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart. Each grape looks like a blood cell and all of the research today shows grapes are also profound heart and blood vitalizing food.
Kidney Beans actually heal and help maintain kidney function and yes, they look exactly like the human kidneys.
Sweet Potatoes look like the pancreas and actually balance the glycemic index of diabetics. A Walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right hemisphere, upper cerebrums and lower cerebellums. Even the wrinkles or folds on the nut are just like the neo-cortex. We now know walnuts help develop more than three (3) dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function.
Celery, Bok Choy, Rhubarb and many more look just like bone s. These foods specifically target bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium and these foods are 23% sodium. If you don't have enough sodium in your diet, the body pulls it from the bones, thus making them weak. These foods replenish the skeletal needs of the body.
Figs are full of seeds and hang in twos when they grow. Figs increase the mobility of male sperm and increase the numbers of Sperm as well to overcome male sterility.
Avocadoes, Eggplant and Pears target the health and function of the womb and cervix of the female - they look just like these organs. Today's research shows that when a woman eats one avocado a week, it balances hormones, sheds unwanted birth weight, and prevents cervical cancers. And how profound is this? It takes exactly nine (9) months to grow an avocado from blossom to ripened fruit. There are over 14,000 photolytic chemical constituents of nutrition in each one of these foods (modern science has only studied and named about 141 of them).
Olives assist the health and function of the ovaries
Gentlemen's Corner People judge a book by its cover and you judge others by first impressions. The image one portrays is part of those first impressions. By the same token, your outer appearance is part of what makes you, well, you. Every now and then, you should put at least a little effort into your image and take the way you look to a whole new level. It's always rewarding to see how much a change in your everyday appearance can inject a whole new sense of energy and confidence into your attitude. Are you ready to change the way you look, at least a little? If it's taking you longer to leave for work lately, or you're simply tired of your reflection, then you're about ready for an image overhaul.
Closet overhaul Now, let's attack your wardrobe. Keep what you need and get rid of the rest. Start by cleaning out and reorganizing your closet, and apply the one-year rule on your clothing: if you haven't worn it in a year, throw it out. Keep some basics that will serve as the anchors in completing outfits. Also make sure to keep pants, tops and suits (that are in good condition) in classic colors such as: black, navy and gray.
Get the 411 Before you head off to the stores, it’s very important to consult with a professional to learn what colors, style of shirts, pants, blazers and even ties will reflect who you truly are and reflect your personality. I also recommend picking up some men's magazines and browse through the pages to check out ads and fashion spreads, in order to get an idea of what's in stores. If you're not a big fan of magazines that contain men wearing clothes, then pay attention to what actors are wearing in current movies and TV shows. When beginning to implement and execute you new look, the key is to purchase items that look nothing like what you already own, or have previously owned. You want pieces that stand out, and that you can mix and match with the items already in your wardrobe. Since transforming your look can be a pricy endeavor, start by buying (2) two new pieces in each of the (3) three following categories: • Pants • Button-down shirts • Regular shirts: sweaters, T-shirts, etc. The goal is not to have a whole new outfit for every day of the workweek, but rather create the illusion of just that. You'd be amazed by how people will take notice of a change.
If you're ready for a change in your look and ready take small risk, then step away from the ordinary when it comes to shoes, a tie, an overcoat, a watch, a pair of sun/eyeglasses, haircut and/or even a new cologne can make an impact on your image. Just remember, while it's the clothes that make the man, it's the attitude that makes the clothes! Whatever you decide to step out in, keep your head up high and your confidence on your sleeve. YOU, after all, define your image.
Girlfriends Meet It seems lately that there is a lot of interest in image makeovers. We see it on television from extreme makeovers to home makeovers. What is an Image Makeover? Why do people want makeovers? What will they do for you?
Image Makeovers can be extreme and include plastic surgery, hair implants, liposuction and dental work, which all make a great difference in people lives. Image makeovers help raise self-esteem and give those who have them an edge in the corporate and business world that they would have not previously had. It may seem unjust but there is a widely held belief that how you look reflects who you are - your social status, intelligence, etc. Whether we like it or not we are judged within the first fifteen seconds of meeting someone. This alone would be enough reason to want a makeover.
The good news is you have control over the image you project. For those who don’t need or want extreme work done but would like a more polished image and want to highlight their assets, there are simple steps that can be taken that will create a more satisfying look.
The elements to consider when creating a professional look are: hair, makeup, style, body type, wardrobe and attitude. Hair: I consider hair to be your #1 accessory. Keep your hairstyle up-to-date. Hair has a huge impact on your overall look and an out-dated style will make you appear out-dated as well. If you are working in the corporate world this could destroy any chance of advancement. If your style is from the last decade it may communicate that your ideas and practices are too. Makeup: If you don’t wear makeup now and you are otherwise well–groomed, you will not look finished. If you are not sure how to use makeup or create a ‘natural clean polish look’, a professional makeup artist, who has a background working with corporate, political, television and/or film, can make it well worth your time and effort. Style: When dressing to suit your personal style this will make you feel more comfortable. Sometimes women don’t want to “dress up” because they feel like they are being someone else. When you dress to fit your personal style you can be “dressed up and feel like the clothing belongs on you. Body Type: We are not all born with the same shape, so the style we wear will impact the way we look. Have you ever seen an outfit on one of your friends that looked spectacular but when someone else wore that same outfit it lost its pizzazz? That has to do with the body shape of the two people. Both women could be the same height and weight but have a totally different shape. Building a Wardrobe: Have you brought home clothes that you really liked and when you looked in your closet you realized that that you didn’t have anything to go with it? You want to make wise purchases. Making wise purchases means knowing how to build a wardrobe. Attitude: A person can look as good as possible but will fail miserably if he/she has a poor attitude. Research has shown that the number one reason people lose their jobs is because of their inability to get along with others. A great attitude is the key element that brings all the others together – it is like the icing on the cake!
Investment Bar Getting tired of wearing the same old thing or looking like everyone else? You don't have to spend a ton of money or shop for hours to get a whole new wardrobe. Instead of getting new clothes or throwing out your old ones, why not try recycling them? 1. Plan Set aside some time to go through your closet and/or dresser and pull out anything you are tired of, hate, or never wear. Put these clothes into a pile (or a box if you are super neat). 2. Organize Pick one item at a time to recycle (or re-vamp) and find one thing you like about it. Maybe it has super fabric, a great print, or the style is awesome. If you can't find anything good about it, put it aside for now and choose something else. 3. Think Creatively Decide if you can embellish it in some way to spice it up (paint, beads, extra fabric, trim, lengthen it, etc.) or if you can deconstruct it into something else (take off sleeves, shorten it, slash it for peek-a-boo effect with or without fabric underneath, iron on a transfer that you printed from your computer, etc). Maybe you can dye it a different color (or colors). 4. Find Inspiration Search the Internet and in magazines for inspiration and how-to's. Some terms to do searches on are "deconstructed clothing" and "D.I.Y." (do-it-yourself). Great tips are listed below, too, but don't forget to inquire on your own - there are lots of ideas and how-to's out there! 5. Branch Out Learn to sew, but if you're really bad with crafty things, don't despair! Try alternative methods like using safety pins instead of sewing, for example. You can probably get help from a friend or a relative that sews if you ask. 6. Have fun! Make something that is uniquely yours and that you just love. Then when someone gives you a compliment, or asks you where you got that amazing shirt/dress/etc., proudly say "I made it myself!" 7. Accept "Defeat" Sell or give away the items that you absolutely can't find anything you like about them or think of anything to do with them. Or find a local, second-hand consignment clothing store, and take them there. Usually these stores give you the option of receiving cash or in-store credit for your items that sell. You will receive more in credit than you would in cash, and then when you come back to the store in a month or two, you can use your credit to get clothes you do like. If you bring in clothes to consign every time you visit the store, you will most likely have credit the next time you come in, and can establish a monthly or bi-monthly wardrobe rotation without spending any money. Tips • Focusing on one item at a time helps you to actually complete what you start and doesn't make you feel overwhelmed. • Don't do too much to an item. Less is usually more for embellishment and making things too short or with too many holes is not in good taste. • You can get fabric cheap in remnant bins at places like department stores or fabric stores and also from other clothes you either have around or get from thrift stores or garage/yard/rummage/car boot sales. • If you don't like what you did or think it isn't good enough, first check to make sure you aren't being too hard on yourself and then try to figure out what you could have done differently to make it better. If you still don't like it, maybe you can fix it or even recycle it further. • Try to tailor things before recycling them. You are more likely to wear something when it fits. • Before you start, sketch what you want. Then look for pieces you have which can be used for the item you want. Then go to a craft or fabric store to buy embellishments if you need them. • Use what is in stores or what celebrities wear as inspiration for an item. • Start out with easy projects and work your way up to more complex ones if you are not confident at first. • Can't think of what to do with tired clothes? Invite all of your friends over for a night, and tell them to bring clothes they are tired of and swap or donate to local shelters, fire victims, etc.
