EA Associates love what they do and are focused, respectful, and care about YOU as a whole! INNER OUTER BEAUTY To live, you know, to be FULLY alive...is a test of the highest powers within us. The thing that can truly be called ‘life’ can not be reached by taking a course of resistance. It can only be ENJOYED by those who are prepared to grasp it with perseverance and determination! With anything less than that, we find that we are not really living. We are just being passive puppets who are ‘being alive’.
Many can probably sympathize with Jules Laforgue’s line: “Oh how daily life is”. It keeps coming at us, one day after another, one moment after another. Continually, as if marching to a drummer’s steady beat. Every single one of these days and moments asks to be used to a good end. If doing nothing (or nothing worth doing), the unused or wasted energy of our lives begin to pile up behind us, creating a sad life of lost opportunities.
The GIFT OF LIFE (yes it is a gift) must be received properly. We must appreciate it, but beyond that, we must use it. It is to be employed, as well as enjoyed! And the best employment of life is to use it defending and enhancing the lives of other, helping them to have a GREATER measure of life in ALL its dimensions.
When we live responsibly, we live with a recognition of our connection to other people, and even to the other living creatures that share our space, environment, earth, etc. Except under rare circumstances, human life is NOT a solo affair; it is a communal effort. We are living at our best when we seek to relate ourselves to the bond (that is whole) of which we are each a part. And what a delightful bond it happens to be!
“Life is a roar of bargain and battle, but it the very heart of it there rises a spiritual tone that gives meaning to the whole. It changes the dull details into romance. It reminds us that our wholly (totality) significance is as parts of the unimaginable whole. It suggests that even while we think we are egoists (of self) we are living to ends outside ourselves” (Oliver W. Holmes, Jr.)
Remember to Live and Love life to the fullest!! Zoe

GENTLEMEN'S CORNER: Forget MEN in Black, How About MEN in COLOR! When a man knows how to wear color well it can really turn some heads. Men should not be afraid of color but should EMBRACE IT.
Seven (7) Tips Men Need To Know About Wearing Color 1. Especially wear color in summer! Summer is such a festive time of year. Light and bright colors are de rigueur. So I advise you to choose a color that is your signature color for the season and one that enhances your natural skin and hair tone. 2. Stay away from beige colored shirts! Beige is a bad color for shirts or any article that is around the face. It is rarely a good color for someone. I don't know why designers continue to push this color on us. Just don't succumb to the pressure. 3. French blue is always a good choice! French blue, which is a rich medium blue, is a flattering color for most skin tones. It makes a great dress shirt, which is mainly where you will find this sumptuous hue. 4. Stay away from bright, solid-colored socks! Colorful socks are okay if they have a design like stripes or argyle. But bright, solid-colored socks are simply not a good idea. Donny Osmond is suddenly coming to mind. 5. Keep color around the face! Again, it is important to keep flattering colors that enhance skin and eye color around the face. You don't want to look like you just got out of the hospital, do you? 6. Stay away from loud patterns! They are distracting and ultimately not a good thing. If it was ever in the eighties, realize we have moved on.
7. Take a look around you! If you are baffled about how to incorporate more color into your wardrobe, take a look around you. Look at ads and store displays. For example, Ralph Lauren really uses a lot of color in his collections. He styles his clothes well—gives classics a twist by using color. Also, Brooks Brothers has more recently had great options with color. If you are traveling abroad, see how the locals use color. Italians are probably the best at wearing color--you would be hard pressed to see people there wearing dark, drab colors.
GIRLFRIENDS MEET According to Merriam Webster the word SEXY can mean "sexually suggestive or stimulating : erotic; or generally attractive or interesting : appealing". Despite this definition, the term sexy is subjective. If you asked three people to picture a sexy woman chances are no one would have the same image. What is sexy for one person may not be sexy for another.
Sexy isn't just about the clothing on the body, it involves personality, poise and a NO FEAR ATTITUDE. The sexiest clothes on the dullest person won't make them sexy. Some people believe fat isn't sexy; again this is subjective. Look at Tony Soprano, Jack Nicholson, Kirstie Alley, Kathy Bates - perfectly sexy plus size people. Again, it's not one thing that makes them sexy. It's their looks, how they carry themselves and what they wear.
Sexy doesn't have to be sleazy. Sexy doesn't have to be about the amount of skin visible. Ask yourself why you want to be sexy and start from there. Finding sexy clothing for the plus size body is sometimes harder than finding regular clothing for the plus size body. Here are a few clothing retailers who's every day wear also features sexy plus size clothing ranging from the very sexy to subtly sexy. They all claim to be leaders in the plus size industry. HEALTH NOTES Between the pressures of work, children, family and the economy, sometimes life can be overwhelming to some. If you are worn out and there is still something for you to do, battle the stress by taking time for yourself!
Take A Mental Health Break, Reduce Stress and Take A Vacation! Many people don’t take vacations often enough. In fact, according to a most studies a lot of people don't take annual vacations; in fact, many never take them! And now with increasing frequency, when we do take vacations, we often bring work along with us, keeping ourselves essentially still in the work mindset we’re trying to escape. This is unfortunate for several reasons:
Vacations Promote Creativity: A good vacation can help us to reconnect with ourselves, operating as a vehicle for self-discovery and helping us get back to feeling our best..
Vacations Stave Off Burnout: Workers who take regular time to relax are less likely to experience burnout, making them more creative and productive than their overworked, under-rested counterparts.
Vacations Can Keep Us Healthy: Taking regular time off to ‘recharge your batteries’, thereby keeping stress levels lower, can keep you healthier.
Vacations Can Strengthen Bonds: Spending time enjoying life with loved ones can keep relationships strong, helping you enjoy the good times more and helping you through the stress of the hard times. In fact, a study by the Arizona Department of Health and Human Services found that women who took vacations were more satisfied with their marriages.
Vacations Can Help With Your Job Performance: As the authors of the above study suggest, the psychological benefits that come with more frequent vacations lead to increased quality of life, and that can lead to increased quality of work on the job. The bottom line is that taking a good amount of time away from the stresses of daily life can give us the break we need so that we can return to our lives refreshed and better equipped to handle whatever comes.
